Student Gold Card

A 'Gold Card' offers incentives such as excursions, special privileges and discounted products or services by local supporting businesses.  If your student shows their card at participating businesses they can receive the offered incentives (see below). At school, there will be special privileges organised for 'Gold Card' students.  The 'Gold Card' is only valid for one semester and student's eligibility is reassessed after each semester reporting period.

The 'Gold Card' will only be given to students who demonstrate consistent excellence in all elements of their schooling. Students have been chosen based on their effort and behaviour mark on their last semester report card.  The criteria at each year level is:

Yr. 7 - 9 –            Students must achieve 'Excellent' in reporting for effort and behaviour in six different subject areas and a maximum of two 'Very Good' in total. The subject areas must include English, Maths, Science, Humanities and HPE.

Yr. 10 -                Students must achieve 'Excellent' in reporting for effort and behaviour in six different subject areas and a maximum of two 'Very Good' in total. The subject areas must include English, Maths and Science.

Yr. 11 & 12 -       Students must achieve 'Excellent' in reporting for effort and behaviour in all subjects' and a maximum of two 'Very Good' in total.
