Documentation required for the enrolment interview for all year levels

  • Schools are required to sight a child's birth certificate. An alternative to a birth certificate will be considered where it is not possible to obtain a birth certificate (passport or visa documents will suffice).
  • Relevant legal guardianship documentation, if required.
  • Special needs information for a child being placed into our special education unit. Reports from specialists or medical practitioners and health workers help us to meet the needs of your child.
