Year 7-12 enrolment process
- Complete an application for student enrolment. Either collect a package from the school administration or download the appropriate documentation from this page as identified below. Please complete, sign and attach all required documentation and return to the school for processing via admin@beerwahshs.eq.edu.au
- Ensure you are familiar with the Student Resource Scheme (SRS)
- Schedule an enrolment interview with the Year Level Deputy Principal by contacting the school administration. A parent or care giver must be the adult enrolling the student. The interview process lasts approximately 30 minutes.
- For current Year 6 students seeking to enrol at Beerwah SHS in 2024, we have a range of transition programs and opportunities available. Information about these will be advertised via our website, Facebook page and through our feeder primary school communication.
Documentation required for the enrolment interview for all year levels
- Schools are required to sight a child's birth certificate. An alternative to a birth certificate will be considered where it is not possible to obtain a birth certificate (passport or visa documents will suffice).
- Relevant legal guardianship documentation, if required.
- Special needs information for a child being placed into our special education unit. Reports from specialists or medical practitioners and health workers help us to meet the needs of your child.

BYOD and Laptop Hire at Beerwah State High School
Beerwah State High school is a BYOD school and encourages all students to have a a laptop to support their learning everyday. There is no cost for students to bring a device and connect it to our school network. If a student does not have their own device, hire options are available. For a full explanation of these options

CEEP Program 2023 for current Year 6 students - Apply Today
The aim of our Coalition Educational Enrichment Program (C.E.E.P.) is to enrich the educational experience of a group of students across the Glasshouse Coalition of schools in the areas of history, science, art, design technology and athletics. The students selected to participate will have a genuine passion and ability within the area they are selected.
Students selected to participate will attend workshops at Beerwah State High School on the following dates:
Friday 14 July (Week 1 Term 3)
Friday 18 August (Week 6, Term 3)
Students will have the opportunity to participate in two different workshops based on their preferences submitted as part of the application process.
