Year 6 Enrolment Interviews for Year 7 2026
Please check back on our website and school Facebook page for regular updates relating to enrolling your child at Beerwah SHS for Year 7 in 2026. In Term 3 we will begin to hold group enrolment interviews and students from our Feeder Primary Schools will receive information about our STEP transition program and other ways that we work together with families to support successful transition to high school.
E-mail enquires should be sent to enrolments@beerwahshs.eq.edu.au or alternatively call our office on 07 5436 5333.
Year 7-12 enrolment process
- Complete an application for student enrolment. Either collect a package from the school administration or download the appropriate documentation from this page as identified below. Please complete, sign and attach all required documentation and return to the school for processing via admin@beerwahshs.eq.edu.au
- Ensure you are familiar with the Student Resource Scheme (SRS)
- Schedule an enrolment interview with the Year Level Deputy Principal by contacting the school administration. A parent or care giver must be the adult enrolling the student. The interview process lasts approximately 30 minutes.
- For current Year 6 students seeking to enrol at Beerwah SHS in 2026, we have a range of transition programs and opportunities available. Information about these will be advertised via our website, Facebook page and through our feeder primary school communication.
Documentation required for the enrolment interview for all year levels
- Schools are required to sight a child's birth certificate. An alternative to a birth certificate will be considered where it is not possible to obtain a birth certificate (passport or visa documents will suffice).
- Relevant legal guardianship documentation, if required.
- Disability information for a child being placed into our Education Services team. Reports from specialists or medical practitioners and health workers help us to meet the needs of your child.
